A typical inspection may take between 1.5 to 4.5 hours of on site time depending on size, age, and condition of the structure.
We will then provide you with a comprehensive and easy to read report, along with digital photos, so you can understand the complete condition of the structure.
We don't just point out defects within a specific system or component, we also include additional comments and recommendations for a more complete and broader picture of the home.
